excellent stay
helpful staff excellent service convenient location
the hotel staff were attentive and helpful they provided excellent service. the food was also excellent i found it to be of high quality. the location of the hotel proved convenient for accessing shops entertainment and transportation.
the bedroom looked a bit tired i was not informed of this before arrival.

the breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide selection of items. the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere i noticed many guests enjoying their meals. the bar area was fabulous with various cocktails available.

major attractions were within easy walking distance this made sightseeing very convenient. good restaurants and pubs surrounded the hotel adding to its appeal. transport links were easily accessible from the hotel.

Mixed Experience. Some Issues Encountered
faulty television worn furniture
The staff were helpful. The location of the hotel is central.
I found several issues . The television in the room had no signal, limiting my entertainment options. The phone was also not working, I found this inconvenient. Some furniture was worn. This detracted from the overall room aesthetic.

jaw dropping room perfect location close access
my wife and i stayed in the georgian suite. it was worth it. the location was perfect. it provided very close access to everything.
the bar service was quite slow. the ladies toilets needed attention.

the hotel is situated very close to key attractions. many tourist spots are within easy walking distance. there are also several nice shops nearby the hotel too.

Acceptable stay with some disappointments
worn furniture rude service
The hotel's location was quite central.
The room I booked was not great. Some of the furniture looked worn and broken. The fire did not work, and the television had no signal beyond radio channels. The service at the bar was also off. A waiter presented the card machine before I could even review the total bill, and a service charge was added without asking.

spacious room amazing breakfast friendly staff no ac bad window poor quality
the rooms was really spacious, that i loved. the breakfast was also amazing with lots of choices, very nice. staff was excellent and they were all friendly i think.
there are no ac and a window that didnt open, wow. it made the sleep miserable for sure i tell ya. the bar looks good but it's a bit fur coat i feel, the quality is not there.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable
the light switches were unbelievably hard to work out and control there was no hot water from the tap in the sink in the bathroom and the tap itself was not practical it was like trying to play with a tiny joystick

The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing key attractions.
The room I had showed definite signs of wear. Some furniture looked quite old. The TV received only radio channels, so I couldn't watch anything during the evenings.
